The Bet That Started It All

When we started StackAI, the thesis was straightforward: machine learning was going to reshape how large organizations operate, and the teams closest to the problems should be the ones building the solutions. Not consultants. Not IT departments waiting on six-month implementation cycles. The actual people doing the work.

That conviction hasn't changed. What's changed is the scale. Since launch, we've seen 11x revenue growth and 5x team growth. The demand for agentic workflows inside complex, regulated enterprises is real, and it's accelerating.

One thing that came through in the conversation is something we talk about internally all the time: craft.

That means 150% effort on product quality, customer experience, and the small details that compound over time. It's not a strategy you can fake, and it's not one you can shortcut. You either put in the work or you don't.
